Had a great stay for the 2 nights we stayed, glad I've chosen it. The staff was faultless, understanding, and everything was wonderful. We got warm and incredible breakfasts with a massive amount and watermelon, as for instance.

Generally, the place was attractive and had very-very nice and courteous staff with explaining where to go for breakfast and nights entertainment. Our room was big with a single bed and a fridge plus xbox, slept well. The breakfast was exceptionally good and lovely at ‘ The Crooked Spoon' Also extortionate prices at the ‘ Rollercoaster Restaurant', all the food was delicious.

The room I booked was nice styled for the xbox. Stayed here before, and I will certainly stay here again.

It was in a good and perfect location on Alton towers. Further, it was next to the Conference Centre and Splash Landings, and all the other restaurants.

Extra care from the absolutely amazing and fantastic staff. Lovely area, great location, right by local pub, the centre of cul de sac type areas and the actual park.

Charming little rooms for 2 children, food outstanding. Coffee/tea making facilities, a mini refrigerator, and an iron were convenient.

Stayed in a huge room with an amazing bathroom. The polite and knowledgeable staff and their quick responses to my needs.

Stunning location a short walk to Splash Landings Waterpark. Newly remodelled and spotless room with all amenities.

Neat and budget unit for the second bottle. Quick check-in and late check-out, parking on-site. Found in a nice enough part of the town.

Wi-Fi was slow.

The location was magnificent and fab, in schools, convenient to go everywhere. Bed was very lovely, room was tidy and air-conditioned.

Clean hotel in a nice building just next door to the resort/theme park, the waterpark, and the shop. Unbeatable location, within walking distance of Shark Bait Reef. Also, on all three stations.

The room is fashionable and the breakfast itself is warm and incredible.

amazing pool, parking on site. the rooms perfect, impressive with a bunk bed and a walls plus a nice bathroom. location right by the high theme park and the monorail.

I loved great food. The bed was comfy, I enjoyed it.
